Shipping Policy

1. Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 3 – 5 working days via Poslaju.

2. At present, shipping is only available within within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak . We currently do not ship to destinations outside of Malaysia. However, we are working towards meeting all the necessary compliance and regulations for shipping to the countries in the rest of the world and will announce new shipping destinations as and when we receive clearance from the regulating authorities of those countries. Cost of shipping is shown in your Checkout Page before you complete your order. 

Return and Refund Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, simply return, at your own costs (non-refundable) your purchased item(s) and proof of purchase to:

 and will we either provide you with a refund OR replace your defective products (one for one) at no cost. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable.

2. Returns and refunds will only be provided if there are observable physical defects on/off our products.

3. The efficacy of our products have been lab tested and proven to work, therefore, environmental factor as well as misuse and abuse of our products are not acceptable reasons for returns or refunds.
